Additional Information for Athletes & Parents

We really want you to get the most out of the weekend. There is not a scheduled transition time, but we hope that you can transition from one class to another efficiently.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What do I wear?

A: It is winter in Montana, and the rink is cold. Wear warm athletic clothing, and good mittens. It is a good idea to wear layers. The coaches will do their best to keep you moving.

 

Q: What do I need for off ice Classes?

  • appropriate (athletic) shoes

  • jump rope

  • yoga mat. 

 

Q: What about Food?

A: Fuel your body during the resurfaces, and in the off Ice IJS Classes. There are  no scheduled snack breaks, so have a drink and snack in-between sessions. Bring:

  • water

  • snacks

  • lunch (especially Saturday).

 

Q: Can I still purchase a dinner ticket?

A: Yes. you can purchase online in advanceor at the rink when you check in.
